Irrigation Crew Leader | Lead and Grow with Us Overview

Join our production landscape and irrigation team as an Irrigation Crew Leader and take the next step toward leadership and long-term growth. This role is for individuals who can lead irrigation crews in the field, manage job sites, and support multiple scopes of production work as required.

We are looking for dependable leaders who understand that production environments demand versatility, accountability, and strong leadership. If you lead from the front and take ownership of the job, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive company trucks and transport crews, tools, and materials to and from job sites
  • Lead and execute irrigation installations
    , including trenching, piping, valves, backflow devices, controllers, sensors, and sprinkler heads
  • Support and assist with production landscape work as needed
    , including sod installation, plant installation, and tree installation
  • Direct daily crew activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Manage job sites and coordinate tasks across multiple scopes of work
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and field supervisors
  • Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Ensure crews follow company procedures, schedules, and expectations
Requirements
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • CDL not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in irrigation installation and production landscaping environments
  • Prior crew leadership or lead role experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to lead by example
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed
