Quality Inspector (Hamshire, TX and Sabine Pass, TX)

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) Module, Positive Material Identification (PMI), dimensional measurements, and document reviews, including Manufacturer's Data Books (MDBs), Material Test Certificates (MTCs), and inspection/test records. Proficiency in ASME, API, and other relevant industry codes and standards is essential.

• Perform quality receipt inspections and support QA/QC processes in oil & gas, LNG, or manufacturing environments.
• Utilize SAP Quality Management (QM) module for quality data capture and workflow.
• Conduct PMI and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Review MDBs, MTCs, MTRs, and related inspection/test documentation.
• Interpret and apply relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API) to inspection activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in receipt inspection or quality control in the oil and gas, LNG, or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on PMI experience and SAP Quality Management (QM) module proficiency is essential.
• Experience with mechanical and piping materials, valves, and rotating equipment inspection.
• Strong proficiency in using measuring instruments for dimensional inspections and in reviewing material specifications and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective verbal/written communication.
