, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint through strategic site selection, property acquisition, and facility improvements ensuring every Goodwill location reflects our mission and values. This role combines real estate expertise with project coordination, ensuring every new or existing property reflects Goodwill’s standards of safety, efficiency, and community value.

• Identify and secure new donor and retail sites
• Support lease and purchase negotiations
• Oversee due diligence, safety, and compliance efforts
• Partner with property managers and vendors to maintain high standards
• Track budgets, leases, and real estate data
• Coordinate remodels, site enhancements, and facility upgrades

• 3–5 years in real estate, leasing, or property management
• Strong negotiation, financial, and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of Florida market dynamics and commercial real estate
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
