For 40 years, Adara Communities has combined multifamily expertise with innovative technology, exceptional service, and a genuine passion for creating places people are proud to call home. Our success starts with talented people who bring energy, ideas, and heart to every interaction. Join a team where your contribution is valued, your results are recognized, and every day offers a new opportunity to make an impact.

Love connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and turning interest into action? As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of the community and a key driver of its success. We're looking for an experienced, energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and knows how to transform a great tour into a signed lease. From the first hello through move-in day, you'll help prospects feel confident they've found the right place to call home.

In this high-impact role, you will:

• Welcome, qualify, tour, and close prospects with confidence and genuine enthusiasm
• Drive occupancy by matching prospects with the right apartment home
• Verify applications, complete leasing paperwork, and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents at every interaction
• Create new traffic through outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement
• Host memorable resident events and help build strong community connections
• Bring the property's social media presence to life with engaging content that drives interest and traffic
• Partner with the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager on day-to-day operations
• Represent the community with warmth, professionalism, and pride

You're ready to succeed in this role if you bring a winning mix of leasing experience, service, and drive:

• At least 1 year of conventional apartment leasing experience (required)
• Strong sales and leasing skills, with a proven ability to close
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, adaptable approach and a polished, professional presence
• Schedule flexibility, including required weekend availability
• Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred
• A stable work history
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
• Location requirement: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

• $18–$20 per hour
• Excellent commission opportunities that reward your results
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Generous paid time off
• Rental housing discounts
• A supportive, people-first culture where your contribution matters

Your next great opportunity starts here. If you're a people person with a passion for sales, standout service, and helping others find a home they love, bring your talent to Adara Communities.
