• Desire to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Commitment to proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to interpret P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience is acceptable in lieu.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
