We're seeking a reliable and dedicated Dietary Cook to join our team! This role is essential to ensuring our residents receive nutritious, well-prepared meals. Success in this position requires dependability, strong time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare Meals:
  Cook all menu items according to standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner

• Manage Ingredients:
  Suggest creative ways to utilize leftovers and manage overstock efficiently

• Ensure Quality Control:
  Accurately prepare, portion, and serve meals based on recipes and dietary plans

• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards

• Perform Physical Tasks:
  Safely lift, bend, and twist as needed during food preparation

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can follow menus and recipes to consistently produce high-quality meals

• Ensures meals are prepared and served on time

• Adapts easily to changing tasks and kitchen needs

• Works well in a team and can step into a leadership role when needed
