Uptown Blanco Restaurant is seeking an accomplished and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the elevated service standards our guests expect. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the seamless execution of service, team leadership, and operational excellence. This individual will work closely with Management & team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality.

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations with professionalism and attention to detail
• Set and maintain high standards for guest service and dining experience
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a strong service team
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and floor leadership
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Address guest feedback with grace and discretion
• Support special events, seasonal menus, and service enhancements

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (upscale or full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership presence with a service-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of food, wine, and beverage service
• Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
