Responsibilities
- Set tables, arrange place settings/table decorations, receive guests, make dining suggestions, answer questions about food/wines/etc, take orders, place orders and receive Food and Beverages with the kitchen/bar when required.

- May provide work direction to other dining room staff as necessary.
