• Flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday.
• Work across a variety of product categories.
• Variety in daily tasks – no repetitive routine.
• Day‑to‑day independence.
• Training and certification by retail experts.

• Locate merchandise in backroom and place products on floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to make shelves look best.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring to store.
• Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions.
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and Premium clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone and text.

• Own store(s) – be the face of Premium on the Walmart floor.
• Work independently while remaining an extension of Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers and Premium team.
• Share best practices with Walmart team nationwide via closed social media groups.
• Contact Premium Operations Support Center for help with store challenges.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions closely to get it right the first time.
• Report your work the same day you complete it.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Smartphone with data and internet to report and upload photos.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
