Key Responsibilities:

• Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Monitor cakes during the baking process to ensure proper rise, texture, and quality.
• Rotate cakes and supplies to maintain freshness and proper inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and special order demands.
• Support other areas of the bakery as needed, contributing to an overall positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications:
