We’re expanding our team and looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who shares our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service.
About the RoleThe CSR is the first voice our customers hear and a vital part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll interact with homeowners and business clients, coordinate service visits, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain accurate records—all in a friendly, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
- Schedule inspections and services, managing technician routes efficiently
- Perform minor Quick Books entries, including payments and invoices
- Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction
- Support account management and follow-up communications
- Assist in maintaining an organized office environment and dependable workflow
- At least 1 year of office or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Quick Books
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor essential
- Experience in the pest control or service industry ideal, but not required
