Overview

Retail Cashier Part Time at Love's Travel Stops. Our cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, provide fast, friendly, and accurate service, and maintain clean spaces. They may perform various duties depending on business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products.
• Maintain cleanliness of your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and handle trash runs.
• Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
