Sales Associate

• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely guest transactions, facilities/store cleanliness, and implementation of Yesway standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure the proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise in the store.
• Process sales transactions, using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare cooked foods as directed by Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Maintain shelves, counters, floors, glass and equipment following the store maintenance schedule.
• Stock shelves with merchandise, block shelves, bag ice and maintain soft drink bags-in-box.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Move merchandise/equipment weighing up to a maximum of 60 lbs.
• Stand on concrete floors for an 8-hour shift.
• Receive and stock merchandise at various heights in designated store locations (requires stooping, bending and stretching motions).

• Certification:
  Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• Education/experience:
  Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered.
