Retail Assistant Manager:

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in stock and the store is presentable.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain high standards of operations.
Qualifications
  • Able to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if candidate has at least one year of Retail Management experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance during employment.
  • Ability to identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and promote high retention.
