The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the retail store. This role involves stocking inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and handling financial transactions.

All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. • Conduct daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• One (1) or more years’ Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Full compliance with company uniform policy.
• Understand compliance with clocking in and out on the store's computer system.
• Must be able to lift, stand and remain active for the duration of the shift, with frequent movement around the store to assist customers and maintain store image to company standards.
• Must have a form of communication to be reached.
• Knowledge of procedures and operation of the following: cash register, SNAP purchases, cash control policy, safe drop procedures, selling and cashing lottery and lotto tickets, beer, and wine sales, completed a certified alcohol sellers' training program, tobacco, and money order sales.
