Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) - Comparion Insurance Agency
Join us as an Insurance Agent in our San Antonio office. This opportunity requires strong local networking skills and the ability to build and maintain in‑person relationships within the community.
CompensationBase salary ranges from $32,000 to $100,000 per year. Typical total first‑year compensation (base + bonuses + uncapped commissions) ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, with top performers earning over $100,000.

- State insurance license (or willingness to obtain one in Property & Casualty and Life).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with lead generation and customer‑base growth.
