Associate Neuroscience Sales Specialist - Flex Team - South

• Salary range of $84,000 — $105,000 USD, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and equity awards

• Provide interim coverage of open sales territories, managing all aspects of sales and customer relationships
• Educate healthcare professionals on the value of the employer’s products and address any concerns or objections
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and support for sales initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time and reside in assigned geographies for 1-6 months
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated selling abilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record

• Experience in the neuroscience field or similar therapeutic areas
• Proven track record of building relationships within the healthcare community
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional disease state and product knowledge

• Familiarity with compliance regulations in a highly regulated environment
