If you are looking for a challenging role that includes sales, products, and business development, this is your chance. As the face of Connecteam and the first point of contact with our customers, you will influence our development and expansion, become a product expert, and be an expert in consulting businesses from a wide variety of industries. You will act as the link between the product, the market, and all departments at Connecteam.
As an Account Executive, your role includes consulting businesses that have signed up to the platform to convert them into paying customers, providing top-notch customer service, and helping improve the product based on knowledge and feedback you gather.
What you’ll be doing:
- Become a product expert
- Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline; contribute to the team’s pipeline
- Be the company’s eyes – understand our clients better than anyone else in the organization
- Be the face of the company – Connecteam is known for outstanding customer service
- Influence the product based on client demands and needs
- Cross-department involvement and information sharing
- Take initiative with independence and ownership
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of international B2B SaaS sales experience
- Strong record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
- Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Self-learner and highly independent
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Energetic, positive, and motivated
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Hungry to make an impact and grow with us
- Ability to work remotely from Mon–Fri
