Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Understand and demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and manufacturer incentives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom and work environment.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
