As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success & Sales Consultant to join our team!
Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving and a talent for sales? We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this hybrid role, you'll spend part of your time in the office providing top-notch customer service and administrative support and part of your time on the road meeting clients, expanding our customer base, and driving sales.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and timely solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in the field.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications products and services.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Travel locally or regionally as needed for client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services in simple terms.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some after-hours work requirements.
Salary$48,880 per year
