As a Security Guard - Industrial Access Full-Time Weekdays in Camden, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Assist with implementing and following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, working with on-site personnel and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
