As a Security Professional - Financial Site Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more.

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be expected to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any situations that arise, always upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

This position is primarily a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the location using a company vehicle as needed. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Availability across various days and shifts

• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid drivers license is preferred for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
