Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wed 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Thur 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and control access to the location to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Follow site‑specific procedures and policies for entry and exit, visitor management, and vehicle control.
• Assist in conducting regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help deter security‑related incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by addressing security‑related inquiries and assisting with directions and procedures.
• Document and report any security‑related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by client procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with all personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as required.

• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
