As a Security Officer - Utilities Patrol in Mont Belvieu, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned utility locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with all visitors and staff. This is a driving post, allowing you to actively engage with the environment and contribute to a secure and welcoming atmosphere, all while embodying Allied Universal's values of teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity or conditions and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises and verifying credentials as required.
• Document observations and incidents in daily reports as directed by Allied Universal policies.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to support security-related operations.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
