We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position provides excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each customer assigned, following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a safe manner, following established protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the team.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes weekly pool cleaning.
• Stock chemicals on the truck and adjust water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Identify equipment repair needs and communicate them to the office.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• High school degree and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license are preferred
• No other specific experience is required; training will be provided to teach ASP methods

This position has the potential to earn an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.

A company truck will be provided and kept fully stocked with tools and chemicals.
