• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to the treatment process
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
• Complete production forms documenting services provided
• Interact with customers and explain services provided

• Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations
• Prepare the job site for treatment
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders
• Be comfortable working 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces
• General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience is a plus
• Ability to work on roofs and in high areas
• Move frequently — sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps and poles
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as OSHA-compliant respirators and work in confined spaces or narrow passages as needed

• Clean-shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must seal to face)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Flexible with working hours (Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed)
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us)
• Basic math skills — ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow product label mixing instructions
