Our Plumbing Project Manager - Estimator works Monday through Friday.

As a Plumbing Project Manager - Estimator, you'll be responsible for generating accurate cost estimates and collaborating with your team to support client satisfaction, make sales, and increase business revenue.

• Visit job sites, perform maintenance inspections, oversee quality control, and thoroughly review plans and blueprints
• Follow our bid protocol to develop timely, competitive estimates
• Coordinate with installation leads to ensure takeoffs and estimates accurately reflect field conditions and availability of materials and labor
• Review open quotes, answer client questions, and close jobs
• Assist with proposal and scope documents
• Refine estimating processes to optimize our strategies

• Professionally represent our company at all times
• Follow up after declined estimates, address client concerns, and encourage project approval
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen bonds with existing customers
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients
• Work with the truck manager and plumbing director to maintain competitive pricing and service options
• Track and report sales performance

• 3+ years of experience with residential or commercial plumbing estimating or project scoping
• Journeyman or Master plumbing license with the State Board of Plumbing examiners
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and labor
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs as well as estimating and field service software like Housecall Pro
• Proficiency with basic tools
• Ability to follow our handbook and abide by our values
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Organizational skills and time management abilities
• Professional communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
