Electrician - Per Diem

Trillium Construction is now seeking Journeyman Electricians for a power plant project in the Abernathy, TX area!

This is a 100 MW power plant that has around 10-20,000 sq foot of piping and conduit to be installed.

Candidates must comply with all safety regulations, will be asked to test and repair all electrical equipment. Work is scheduled to continue through the end of the year and could trickle into early 2027.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and other written diagrams.
• Proficiency in bending/installing rigid conduit and industrial cable trays, pulling wire.
• Prior experience with rigid conduit installation.
• Priorindustrial experience.
• Must have all basic hand tools & wear required PPE for the job.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the site.
• Ability to work long hours in the elements, standing/sitting/crouching, etc.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

• All shifts will work Monday-Saturday, 10 hours each day starting at 6:30AM

• Candidates that are licensed in Texas or can reciprocate from a state to TX or have equivalent NCCER license can qualify for $48/hour.
• All JM level Electricians that aren’t licensed but meet the requirements are eligible for $45/hour.
• Per diem is $125/day all 7 days, as long as candidates work all scheduled days.
