You will start at a training base pay of $20 per hour, with a $0.50 raise after training, and a guaranteed $25 per hour post-training through 9 months to help build bonuses and commissions. Expect opportunities to increase pay with performance and upselling, with first-year earnings projected at $50,000–$60,000 and potential for $85,000+ for experienced technicians.
