We are a leading provider of innovative solutions and services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our products and systems in customer locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Installation and Maintenance:
  Install, configure, and maintain our products and systems in customer locations.
• Troubleshooting:
  Troubleshoot and repair technical issues with our products and systems.
• Customer Service:
  Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of service calls, including repair history, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Communication:
  Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products, attending training sessions and workshops as required.

• Technical Background: 2+ years of experience in a technical field, such as electronics, plumbing, or HVAC.

• Reliable Transportation:
  Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
