• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle for the Futures team, from requirements analysis to test planning, execution, defect tracking, product delivery, and maintenance
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, and operations engineers to provide insights on Rust/Java code design and testing strategies
• Set up and manage testing environments, developing comprehensive test plans and cases using Rust/Java frameworks and tools
• Perform extensive testing, including black-box, white-box, security, automated, and performance testing across multiple platforms and components
• Stay updated on the latest Rust/Java technologies to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

• At least 3 years of professional experience in QA Testing (Automation), preferably within a technology or software engineering firm
• Strong programming skills in Rust/Java, with a solid understanding of the language’s ecosystem and experience using associated automation frameworks and testing libraries
• Hands‑on experience with mobile‑specific testing techniques such as performance testing and network condition testing
• Proficient in root cause analysis to diagnose, debug, and resolve software performance and quality issues
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

• Exposure to iOS/Android development
• Familiarity with secondary development tools or cross‑platform frameworks
