** Responsibilities
* ** Use an iPad to check in customer at Starter Station
* Provide information and assistance to our customers
* Track turn times and finish times throughout the day by use of the iPad
* Enforce daily cart rules
* Educate and assisting golfers on issues such as pace of play, course rules and golf etiquette
* Provide excellent customer service.
** Requirements
* ** Prior golf related experience a plus!
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
* Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to be able to perform a variety of calculations. o Knowledge of the techniques, principles and regulations of golf programs
* Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.
* Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Ability to lift 25lbs and bend while performing work duties
* Ability to operate motorized carts throughout the golf course
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management
