Strength and Conditioning Coach

Job Description

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Training, you will step in on day one and work with any client we assign—from professional athletes to community members of all ages.

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements best suited for each individual.
• Deliver workouts on time with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Assess and align each member with the proper program.
• Build and maintain relationships with members.
• Coaching group workouts, personal training, and team sessions.
• Teach proper form and technique, ensuring safety.
• Assist in conducting assessments and goal setting during the FTA process.
• Conduct and lead all classes the D1 Way—proper attire, music, verbal coaching, cues, and organization.
• Help maintain equipment, cleanliness, and organization of training areas.
• Participate in marketing events such as competitions and combines.

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one valid NCCA‑accredited certification (preferably CSCS).
• Minimum of 3 years strength & conditioning related experience in group, team, or personal training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
• Level 1 Certified in the D1

Salary: $45,000 – $70,000
