Gym Sales Manager

Join our team. Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Club Manager to lead our Joshua location. This role is ideal for a confident, organized professional who enjoys sales, team leadership, community involvement, and helping members succeed.

The Club Manager is responsible for membership and personal training sales, employee leadership, member service, community outreach, and the day-to‑day operation of the club. The successful candidate will take ownership of club performance while creating a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.

-Competitive pay $15 hr plus commission

• Achieve membership, personal training, and overall club budget goals
• Sell memberships and personal training packages and follow up with prospective members
• Manage, motivate, train, and hold staff and personal trainers accountable
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with members
• Maintain Anytime Fitness brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Oversee daily club operations, reports, administrative duties, and club cleanliness
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate goals, expectations, and performance
• Build relationships with local businesses and support community outreach and marketing
• Strengthen member retention and maintain a positive club culture
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly
• Implement corporate programs, promotions, and operational initiatives
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the club

• At least 18 years old

Previous fitness industry or management experience is preferred, but not required.
