CDL Shuttle Operator - TX role at The Driver Provider
. The CDL Shuttle Drivers are key to our growing business. This is a client facing role, transporting clients in transit buses. For all new employees, Innovative Transportation Solutions offers all paid classroom and hands‑on training needed to be successful.

• Ensure that “World Class Service” is provided to customers and provide hands‑on assistance and information to customers of The Driver Provider that utilize company services.
• Drive with Purpose – Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely and professional manner.
• Safety First – Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Exceptional Customer Service – Provide top‑notch service and ensure that passengers have a comfortable journey.
• Route Familiarity – Learn and adhere to designated routes.

• Maintain a Class A, B or C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with airbrakes and passenger endorsement.
• Must be a minimum of 23 years of age.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass a pre‑employment and random drug test.
• Pass a federal background check.
• Dress code is jeans, polo t‑shirts and tennis shoes.
• Speak fluent English.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

While working as a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for the following:

• Work varied shifts.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Arrive at each designated location at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled trip.
• Greet clients in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients.

Must undergo a pre‑employment drug test and physical by a company‑appointed physician/facility and receive clearance.

Position will spend time at a work site and in the field outdoors. Work may require prolonged sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting and stooping during daily activities. Field work would require the ability to work outside in various weather conditions and to actively enter or travel around in a vehicle. The position may also require the ability to lift, drag and push files, paper and documents weighing up to 35 pounds.
