• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform daily inspections prior to operating, and keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices and collected monies secure.
• Pick up customer returns, fill out driver return slips and communicate any issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately to the store manager.
• Ensure the fuel tank is filled and the vehicle is locked and secured at the end of the day.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, and checking in stock orders.
• May occasionally assist customers, serve as a cashier, and/or help with merchandising tasks when business dictates.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record meeting the company’s 14/18‑point system.
• Legally required state driver’s license and compliance with company driving eligibility requirements.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
