CNA Transportation Driver

At Avir at Colonel, we're seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA Transportation Driver to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a critical member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other off-site activities. • Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other off-site activities in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including resident whereabouts and any relevant notes
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the transportation vehicle at all times
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of transportation services
• Participate in training and education programs to maintain knowledge of industry standards, policies, and procedures

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift or move residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
