Job Title: Inventory Receiving Associate
Location: Dallas DC
Reports To: Triage/ Returns Supervisor

OverviewThis position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our inventory management processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory data and ensuring seamless synchronization between our systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and synchronized inventory data across multiple systems.
- Resolve synchronization issues between STORIS (Arhaus) systems.
- Perform monthly reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Review warehouse management interface errors daily.
- Conduct extensive research to identify the source of errors.
- Provide feedback and execute necessary tasks to resolve interface issues.
- Assist with miscellaneous inventory-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ad-hoc inventory requirements.
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, specifically Manhattan and STORIS.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in inventory management.
