As a Warehouse Associate at Rubio Monocoat, your role is vital in maintaining efficient and accurate inventory flow and delivery within our warehouse. Your keen eye for detail, collaborative mindset, and ability to adapt to various tasks are crucial to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Lift and Move:
Frequently handle packages and products weighing up to 50 lbs. by lifting, moving, packing, unloading, stacking, and performing other physically demanding tasks. - Attention to Detail:
Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling orders. Maintain a high level of precision to prevent errors and discrepancies. - Team Player:
Collaborate effectively with your colleagues to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe working environment. - Flexibility:
Adapt to changing priorities and tasks within the warehouse, including cross‑training in various roles. Occasional weekend requirements. - Organize and Maintain:
Keep the warehouse clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.
