This entry-level role allows you to support GDS’s mission by preparing materials, managing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and helping the team run smoothly. Every task you complete contributes directly to the quality, reliability, and exceptional service that GDS is known for. No prior experience is required. • Assist with daily warehouse operations and support your team
• Unload trucks and organize materials in the proper areas
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts and checks
• Prepare and stage materials to keep workflow running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Communicate and work with team members to solve problems as they arise
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level position: no prior warehouse experience required
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety, accuracy, and collaboration
• Reliable transportation; must work on-site (not remote or hybrid)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic warehouse tasks (inventory, organization, shipping/receiving)
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team efficiency
