Warehouse​/Inventory Supervisor

Immediate Need

• Coordinate daily warehouse labor across receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counting, special projects, and general distribution activities
• Use Net Suite WMS to manage workloads, monitor operations, and ensure timely task completion; train associates on current procedures and ensure equipment and safety certifications remain current
• Audit picked orders for product quality, accuracy, and procedural compliance
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance metrics
• Partner with Capital Projects and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed to support distribution activities
• Communicate operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and improvement opportunities to the Procurement Director
• Complete administrative duties related to warehouse and distribution operations
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances involving cycle counts, damaged goods, supplier issues, and other discrepancies
• Travel to supplier locations as needed to verify inventory, conduct counts, and receive drop shipments
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, including KPA, JSAs, training, incident reporting, and safety observations
• Ensure employee timesheets are accurately reviewed, approved, and submitted on time
• Support hiring, performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations
• Basic knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and related materials
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams and management levels
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong accountability, integrity, and ownership
• Ability to travel to locations as needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under company policy for operating company vehicles
