Executive Assistant paralegal background

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys creating structure, staying ahead of evolving priorities and supporting senior leaders in a demanding environment? We are looking for a proactive, resilient and highly organised professional who acts with confidence, sound judgement and discretion. This is a fully office-based role supporting primarily legal matters, with opportunities to grow into broader business management responsibilities.

• Manage complex calendars, meetings and business travel with foresight and discretion.
• Coordinate management meetings, agendas, documentation and follow-up activities.
• Anticipate requirements or potential issues and follow through until matters are resolved.
• Maintain structure and momentum across competing and frequently changing priorities.
• Handle correspondence, legal documents and confidential information with due care.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Take on broader business management responsibilities as the role develops.

• Experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record supporting senior management.
• Legal Assistant or Paralegal background and familiarity with legal topics preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive mindset with sound judgement, discretion and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work from our Zurich office five days per week.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.

Location Requirement This role is based in Zurich but will move to Baar in 2030, ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders in the business.
