Die Gemeinde Horgen sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Sozialarbeiterin/Sozialarbeiter im Sozialdienst, 80 %. Sie übernehmen Intake, Anspruchsprüfung und Fallaufnahme sowie die selbständige Fallführung in der wirtschaftlichen und persönlichen Sozialhilfe.
Sie betreuen rund 60 Fälle pro Vollzeitstelle, beraten Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen und arbeiten mit Tutoris. Erwartet wird ein FH-Sozialarbeiter/in oder Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit, sowie Organisationstalent, Empathie und
