This is a fantastic opportunity for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join a supportive and growing accountancy practice in Thame. • Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Assisting with tax returns and VAT compliance
• Drafting management accounts and providing bookkeeping support where needed
• Building client relationships and acting as a day-to-day contact
• Supporting seniors and managers with ad-hoc advisory projects

• At least 2 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Studying ACA/ACCA or AAT qualified (or qualified by experience)
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and VAT
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients
• Ambitious and keen to continue progressing in practice

• Salary: £28,000–£35,000 depending on experience
• Full study support (if required)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working available after probation
