Supplier Performance Analyst 6 Month FTC – Travelodge Hotels Limited
Are you an experienced supplier performance analyst who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders and would enjoy hitting the ground running in a fast paced environment? Do you have strong communication skills and are able to confidently present and translate analysis and insights to both internal and external stakeholders? The role will work closely with the Supplier Performance Manager to manage a portfolio of contracts and suppliers to the business areas; ensuring supply and mitigating risk to manage supplier performance and optimise efficiency.

Who will this appeal to?
You will be experienced using analytical programs and tools, reviewing and assessing supplier performance against recognised brand standards, contractual KPIs and SLAs ensuring suppliers deliver a best in class service for our hotels.
Confident communicating and working with operational teams to ensure that Travelodge’s contractual responsibilities have been executed correctly and that suppliers have been given the necessary tools and support to succeed.
Deal with product issue escalations and resolutions and support contractual/tender reviews. Working closely with the Commercial Procurement team to ensure SPM Requirements are captured.
This role will act as a Brand Ambassador and make sure stakeholders both internal and external are clear on expectations and best practice. Analysing and communicating data to ensure correct stakeholders are being supported, supplier performance operations and review meetings, work with key suppliers to implement action plans, assist in setting up policies and procedures to support supplier management activity and risk management.
The individual will be confident providing training and guidance to internal teams and enjoy passing on knowledge of best practice to enhance performance.
