Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Progression + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a highly regarded construction company. The role offers ongoing professional development, a clear progression pathway through the commercial team, and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑end and bespoke construction projects.

In this position you will be responsible for preparing tenders, budgets and cost estimates for a range of high‑end construction projects, producing take‑offs, bills of quantities and schedules of works, and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations to help deliver accurate and competitive submissions. Other duties will include site visits, collaboration across teams, and working in a hybrid environment with office attendance at least twice a week.

• Work on high‑end residential and heritage projects (typically £2m‑£5m, up to £20m flagship developments)
• Prepare tenders, budgets and cost estimates
• Produce take‑offs, bills of quantities and schedules of works
• Client‑facing role with site visits and collaboration across teams
• Ongoing training, development and progression opportunities

• Estimator with construction industry experience
• Understanding of bespoke construction methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
