A busy and customer focused organisation in Thame is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. This is a varied Temporary Customer Service Administrator position where no two days are the same.

Paying £13.42 per hour.

• Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
• Managing customer enquiries and ensuring follow up actions are completed
• Supporting the wider customer service team with administrative tasks
• Monitoring shared inboxes and prioritising responses

• Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
• Confident handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
• Professional, friendly, and customer focused approach
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
