Mortgage Broker

Grandi Mortgage Solutions is looking for a self employed Mortgage Adviser to join our Client Retention Team based in Chinnor Oxfordshire.

This role is focused on existing clients. No cold calling. No lead buying.

You will be advising a warm back book of clients on product transfers and remortgages, with additional opportunity to self generate business at a higher commission split and earn referral income through protection reviews.

• Local to Chinnor or surrounding areas
• Experienced in residential mortgages
• Enjoys relationship based advice
• Wants consistency without chasing leads

We are offering a 50/50 split on leads provided by Grandi Mortgage Solutions and 75/25 in favour of the adviser on self generated leads.

£50,000 OTE is realistic for an adviser who engages with both retention work and modest self generated activity.
