Banking & Finance Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) - Oxfordshire

Are you a commercially minded Banking & Finance Litigation Solicitor looking to grow your career with a thriving full-service law firm? We're seeking a talented legal professional (NQ - 3 years PQE) to join a highly regarded Banking and Finance Lender Property Team, working with major financial institutions on contentious matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will work on a wide range of litigation and enforcement matters for lender clients, including:

• Mortgage litigation, defending and pursuing claims
• Secured and unsecured debt recovery
• Lender liability claims
• Enforcement of security
  • Including enforcement powers under the Law of Property Act 1925
  • Fixed charge receiverships

This is an excellent opportunity to develop strong technical skills by working on real cases that matter to institutional lenders while playing an active role in a supportive and ambitious team.

Who We're Looking For:

You will have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
• NQ - 3 years PQE, ideally with litigation experience
• Some exposure to banking and finance litigation or commercial dispute work
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with accuracy and confidence

Bonus: Experience with debt recovery, lender liability or enforcement work will be a distinct advantage.
