Vanta Staffing are looking for 4 Cleaners to work for our client based in Thame,

Duties to include but not limited to portable building cleaning keep modular, mobile, or site accommodation units clean, hygienic, and ready for use. Duties include sweeping and mopping compact floors, sanitising compact washrooms, wiping down surfaces, emptying waste bins, and reporting minor structural or damage issues to site management.

Working Monday to Friday 40 Hrs per week. This is a Temp Perm opportunity following a successful trial period. £15 Per hour paid weekly

7am 4pm

8am 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Care: Sweep, vacuum, and wet-mop vinyl or composite flooring typical in portable cabins.
• Sanitation: Clean and disinfect compact toilets, sinks, and touchpoints.
• Surface Dusting: Wipe down desks, windowsills, frames, and walls.
• Waste Management: Empty internal bins and transfer rubbish to designated outdoor collection points.
• Restocking: Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
• Reporting: Notify supervisors of maintenance defects, leaks, or damage to the portable structure.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Prior cleaning experience in commercial, construction site, or portable cabin environments.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing tasks.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safe chemical handling and color-coded cloth systems.
• Flexibility: Capability to travel to different temporary sites or modular setups as required.
